Good Housekeeping Magazine Quote

welcome 2010! the garter girl is back and ready for the new year. stay tuned because there are lots of fun and exciting things happening this year…including a new collection and some other fun treats!

to kick things off in the category of completely random, i’m in the november issue of good housekeeping magazine. this time it is just me, julianne smith, the person (not the stylish wedding garter designer) in the magazine answering a peggy post question about saying yes or no to a neighbor.

i’m pretty sure that my original answer was a bit longer and little less matter of fact and mean, but o’well! i understand they have limited space and need to edit things down to save space.

i’ve always wondered how people are selected to answer questions like this in magazines. and now i know…twitter! i don’t quite remember the details of how i found the editor or she found me, but suffice to say that twitter is the ultimate connector.

• That is so cool! One time – like 10 years ago – I was quoted in Jane ’cause I responded to an internet survey. It was so neat to see me quoted!
