Couture Black Velvet & Pearl Garter

What is not to love about this couture wedding garter from my collection?! Pearls, velvet, lace…it has it all! The next wedding garter that I want to feature is from my couture garter collection. I really like how the “necklace” detail on the Velvet Necklace wedding garter turned out! (But, then again I’m a little biased when it comes to garter designs!)

The Velvet Necklace couture wedding garter has an ivory grosgrain background with a black velvet stripe. It has two black satin bows with jeweled details and a “necklace” of lace and pearls.
