Custom Garter Spotlight: Peacock Mania

It has been peacock garter mania around here! Over the summer, I had the honor of custom designing three peacock themed wedding garters. The peacock feathers in the garter designs are all similar, but the brides all very different!

The first peacock themed wedding garter is an ivory grosgrain background with a forest green grosgrain stripe and a blueberry satin bow…

This next peacock themed wedding garter was a gift to the bride from one of her bridesmaids. She gave me some silk fabric from this Priscilla of Boston bridesmaid dress. I made the Clypso blue stripe in the middle from the left over dress fabric and then added a peacock feather and an ivory satin background and bow…

The last custom peacock wedding garter is an ivory grosgrain background with a lime green grosgrain stripe and a blueberry satin bow…

The peacock feather wedding theme is so fun and stylish. It adds a little style with the deep blues and greens!
