Garter Girl on Maternity Leave Until December 1

I’m extending my maternity leave until December 1, 2010. I just need more time with the garter baby! (And for the DC area brides and vendors, I’m working on launching a new little project…check it out here!) Read below for more information…

What does this mean?
I will not be making wedding garters until after December 1, 2010. If you’d like to place an order for a garter from my collection or request a custom design, you are welcome to do so. I will be producing all orders in the order in which they were received. This means that if you’ve placed an order between July 15th and December 1, 2010, I will be in touch with you to confirm your order and provide you with a status update on production. It will take me a few weeks after December 1st to produce orders and ship garters.

Contacting The Garter Girl
The best way to contact me during my maternity leave is via e-mail. Phone calls will be hard for me to return, so please send an e-mail. I will be checking and responding to e-mails sporadically. Please be patient if it takes me a bit to get back to you.

But, I need a garter!
I encourage brides or those in need of a wedding garter during this time to check out my Etsy page. I’ve added some new garters to my already full page of ready-to-ship garters. Orders placed for any of the garters on my Etsy page will be shipped out every Monday. All of the garters on my Etsy page are one-of-a-kind designs!

Your blog is still going?
I will be keeping my blog up-to-date during my maternity leave. It might look like I’m around because my blog will be updated frequently, but alas I will be taking a break. I’ve been able to schedule some posts ahead of time!

Thank you!
Thank you so much for all of the well wishes for my family and support for my stylish wedding garter company. I appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. I hope to work with you when I return in December!
