I’m back to profile another wedding garter in my new neon collection. In addition to the neon colors, I also incorporated a few new design elements into this new garter collection. Custom Garter Spotlight: Chic Yellow and Gray

Yellow and gray appears to be all the rage in upcoming weddings! It is such a sweet and unexpected combination. I’ve been getting many pins and likes on thew two yellow and gray themed inspiration boards here and here that I created on Pinterest. I also added yellow and gray Style 271 garter to my collection. I thought it would be fitting to share this sweet and simple wedding garter that I made recently. It turned out so lovely with the bride’s new monogram!

Neon: Orange and Lace

For my new neon wedding garter collection, I knew that I wanted to use orange in some way. I just love the color, and it is so fun! Style 503 turned out bright, but sweet because of the white lace accent. I paired the tangerine orange with white to contrast it and keep it clean.

Style 503 is a white grosgrain background with a tangerine orange satin stripe and a white eyelet lace stripe (1.5 inches wide). You can see more pictures or purchase garter Style 503 here.

Custom Garter Spotlight: Stylish Pink and Black Wedding Garter Set

I just love pink and black! Ok, well, I love anything with black. It always look so chic and stunning. I recently designed a pink and black wedding garter with just a bit of ivory lace. Of course, it turned out so gorgeous! I was so inspired by this garter design that I created a pink and black wedding inspiration board on Pinterest to go along with this stylish wedding garter set!

This is a custom wedding garter set based on Style 353 in my collection. The main garter is ivory satin with an ivory lace over lay and a black satin stripe and a pale pink satin bow (2 inches wide). The matching tossing garter is ivory satin with a black satin stripe and a pale pink satin stripe (1 inch wide).

Purple and Green Inspiration

I recently created a few purple and green wedding garters for a little project on TV that I can’t quite reveal just yet. The garter won’t be worn, just used as a backdrop for an upcoming TV show that is taping right now. In the meantime, I’ll show you the garters that I designed in the purple and green theme. The garter designs turned out really fun! So fun, that I was imagining what a wedding would be like to go along with these garters and I created this board on Pinterest!

From left to right above the custom garters are: ivory satin with a sage green grosgrain stripe and a purple feathered edge satin stripe (2 inches wide); deep purple satin with a sage and white polka dot grosgrain stripe (1.5 inches wide); and a deep purple grosgrain with a light gray center-tied bow (1.5 inches wide).

Neon: Hot Pink and Black

As promised, I’m profiling a few of the new garter designs in my new neon garter collection. Not only did I add the new neon colors to my collection, but there are also a few new design styles that I incorporated. For Style 504 I paired layers of hot pink tulle together with black satin to create wedding garter a feminine but stylish wedding garter. The black zig zag stitching around the middle adds just a bit of edge. Love it!

Custom Garter Spotlight: Gray and White Lace Wedding Garter Set

I recently took two of my garter designs and merged them together for something really pretty. The bride loved the Silver Sparkle couture garter, but wanted to add a little lace and reduce the size a little bit to fit her style. So, we added a few touches from Style 267 in my garter collection to design the perfect garter for her! It turned out gorgeous!

This is a custom wedding garter set. The main garter is a white satin background with a dark gray grosgrain stripe and a white lace stripe (1.5 inches wide). It is accented with a white silk and tulle flower with a little sparkle in the middle. The matching tossing garter is dark gray grosgrain with a white lace stripe.

The bride loved her garter set so much, she came back and asked for two more pieces to complete her wedding look. I made her two more white silk and sparkly flowers to wear in her hair and to attach to her purse. Stunning! I can’t wait to see pictures!

Neon Inspiration

Here are a few of the wedding details and ideas that helped to inspire my new neon wedding garter collection. There is no doubt that incorporating a little neon into your wedding day can be tough, but if you stick to a few small neon elements you can do it effortlessly. Neon is a color palette that you should use sparingly perhaps for your invitations, or favor ribbons, And, of course, you really can’t go wrong with a neon garter because it is hidden!

Few designers know how to use neon like Claudia of Fig. 2 Design. She is a master at using neon in just the right way!

I love the idea of these neon dresses as bridesmaids. It would be a bold choice, for sure, but given the right setting, it would look amazing.

Custom Garter Spotlight: Couture Something Blue

Sometimes all it takes is a color change to make something personal and totally gorgeous. Say hello to this beautiful wedding garter that I made for a bride recently. It is a custom version of the Vintage Corset garter from my couture garter collection. Instead of the pink, she used light blue to be her something blue. Just beautiful!
